The first time I met Debbie at Q. Vincent , I was skeptical - at best. I was tired of my den. My antiques, old knick-knacks and stuff looked tired. My intention was to throw it all out and start over.Debbie's response was, "Why would you do that? You have great STUFF." Now, how many decorators say that? She sent me out and told me to find something to do for the afternoon (good thing I love to play golf).I couldn't believe my eyes when I came home. I can hardly describe the feeling of seeing your old things used in entirely different ways. An old, large candlestick turned into a toilet paper holder for a powder room. An old settee, destined for the basement, placed in the entrance hall. Now my question was, "Why would I want to get rid of my STUFF?
I just needed the right touch to show the beautiful transformation. - Connie McNeill, Wilkesboro, N.C.
